OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES for the “Concert with Kevin” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
NOT VALID IN ALL 50 STATES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The “Concert with Kevin” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kevin Burge for United States Congress Campaign Committee, PO Box 821283, North Richland Hills, TX 76182 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
a. Are legal residents of the United States;
b. Are U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (green card holders);
c. Are at least 18 years of age or older; and
d. Are not federal contractors; and
e. Make any contribution personally and not with funds provided by another person or entity for the purpose of entering the Sweepstakes
Employees, officers, volunteers, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Not valid in all 50 States. Void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins DECEMBER 1st, 2025 at 23:59:59 CDT, and ends 23:59:59 CDT on December 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry:
a. Contribution Entry:
Make a contribution of any amount in any manner allowed by Federal Law to Kevin Burge for US Congress Campaign Committee during the Entry Period. Each contribution constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, and phone number on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 5, 2026 to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per household during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate entries will be void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an invitation and two general admission tickets to accompany Kevin Burge for a concert presented by the musicians of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Venues, concerts, and locations may be subject to change and substituted for an event of equal or greater and comparable value. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250 USD (Sponsor to determine actual value)
Prize includes only the admission to the event(s) in Fort Worth; travel, accommodations, incidentals, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted using randomized assigned values without identifying information via a random number generator on a Unix Based Computer operating system on or about January 6, 2026 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
Once the winner has been selected, two alternate winners will be selected.
The potential winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the drawing. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documents, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
Participation constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the entrant’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable campaign finance laws.
